KINGDOM OF THE SEAHORSE - Recommended FILM by SIRENS LINK TO SEA

TOUR THEIR MAGICAL AND COMPLEX WORLD - a PBS FILM - Wonderful!

Here are some things to learn from this film

Seahorses have no teeth or stomach.
They live in coastal - shore areas all around the world - most every sea.

They are upright fish who use their tails to hold onto swaying sea grasses.

The male gives birth from a pouch, but he also fertilizes the eggs of the female.

They spend seven months breeding, and stick with the same partner.

Through that season they are faithful and so they do recognize each other as individuals.

See the film and learn about a unique scientific intervention that saved fishing and the seahorses.
